How do I get my Volunteer Deposit refund?

First, make sure you sign in & out of each shift with your Supervisor on a timesheet so all of your hours are recorded. After the festival, our HR department will review the hours you worked.

If there are no missing hours, your refund will be processed. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible but may take at least 4-6 weeks after the festival. We are unable to process any refunds on-site.

If your volunteer hours may have varied from your original schedule, let HR know right away so they know you didn’t miss a shift.
